Space Plan & Drawings
All projects start with space planning. We believe that one of the most important elements of a design is how it functions. A successful design doesn't just reflect your personal style, it's functional for how you live. In this phase, we test out different furniture layouts & can also explore options for built-ins & wall paint/ trim designs.
Concept & Design
In this phase, we start to see the design come to life! We use our finalized space plan as a road map to make sustainable recommendation for furniture, finishes, & décor. You'll receive moodboards or renderings that illustrate a couple design directions we can take your space based on your personal style.
Order & Install
We provide a custom list with links to all new items we are recommending for easy shopping. If your project requires multiple finish selections we can provide a finish schedule that details all finish locations/ details. This can include paint, tile, flooring, cabinetry, & lighting. On select projects we can provide painting & staging services.
