Travel is a key influence of our design as location, culture, and history play such a big part in how we build our homes. Our virtual office allows us to experience the many design styles around the country and work on projects near or far. We love to take the road less traveled to explore and learn about the community and world around us. In the near future we will be converting a bus to to take our studio on the road and design spaces around the country.
Because we believe that sustainable, eco-friendly interior design for homes leads to happier, healthier lives & our goal is to make this a reality for more people.
Traditional interior design is a great way to get help navigating the design process, but due to cost or location, it’s simply not an option for everyone. We offer online/ virtual interior design services to be accessible to more people.
Curated is just another way of saying we carefully and thoughtfully select furniture or décor for your space based on your personal style and functional needs. We start from scratch on every project to create a unique design. We love designing spaces for all types of design styles and want your space to reflect you.
We do mostly residential design, so your living room, bedroom, dining room, sunroom, bathroom, kitchen, etc. If your project requires structural changes or custom built-in or trim work, we can provide detailed, dimensioned drawings that can be used for getting pricing quotes, but not for construction. We are happy to collaborate with the other tradespeople working on your project & value their expertise in these situations as we are not architects or woodworkers. Yes! We are happy to pass along our designer discount when we get one.
No, we do not do order procurement. This is one of the ways we keep our overhead costs, & therefore design fees, lower. Traditional interior designer usually provide this service & charge a mark-up on items you order through them. This mark-up is to cover the overhead cost for the time & resources that go into procuring orders. We are able to connect you with the right people/ vendors & extend our designer discount to you when we receive one, but in most cases we do not order products for you.
Yes, if we are in your area, we are happy to meet with you in-person! This is usually for our Detailed Design package, but we can add on-site meetings and/ or painting and staging services to your E-Design package as well! Please reach out to us to learn more!
This varies between our E-Design and Detailed Design package, but for the most part we will communicate via email. Sometimes phone/ zoom calls or on-site meetings are needed.
